Combine apple juice, and salt in a large, heavy bottom saucepan. Bring to boiling. Add oats and diced apple. Return to
the boil, reduce heat and cook for 1 minute if using quick oats and 5 minutes for old fashioned oats (or until most of the
liquid is absorbed) stirring occasionally. Stir in dried cranberries
Optional: Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
